About MeGeez, it's hard to talk about me, when this is really all about you. The purpose of this website is, and always will be, to help anyone interested in real estate investing. I've had many triumphs, but have also experienced crushing defeats. For quite some time, I wanted to find a way to help as many people as possible, avoid these crushing defeats. This website offers the opportunity for me to help the highest number of people. Those interested in pursuing real estate investing as a means to financial security, have picked the very best vehicle, in that regard. No business in this country can get you there easier than real estate. 98% of those considered wealthy have used real estate as their vehicle. If there is anything I can do or say, within this website,to get you there, I will do it. I am no genius or guru....I just want to help. I became a full time real estate investor 23 years ago. It was the best decision of my life. That is not to say everything has gone well for 23 years. 24 and 1/2 years ago, I jumped into real estate in a big way. I purchased 10 duplexes and 1 triplex as my very first real estate transaction. It was a group of bank foreclosures that I paid way too much for. I also bought too many. I struggled tremendously. That situation and a few other bad experiences provided great lessons on what not to do. I also experienced success like I never thought possible. By far the successes outweigh the failures....It's not even close. The life I live, with my family, is the envy of my peers. Not so much because of the money and possessions. It is the free time and flexibility which garners the biggest admiration. Basically, it is the time to enjoy the money. Time Value Real Estate Investing was created out of necessity. We did not have much time for real estate investing, but we knew it was the way to financial freedom. My backround is in engineering. I was an electronic designer in the Machine Tool Industry. Time value is an engineering concern, so I guess it would explain my approach to everything, including real estate investing. I put together a method of investing which dramatically minimizes the time it takes to complete the various tasks involved. Little did I know it would also turn out to be one of the most profitable ways to buy property. I have made a lot of mistakes in this business. Please let those mistakes remain "my" mistakes.
