The fellowship and networking among other property investors will take your investor experience up a notch. You will definitely learn things, you never would have come across. That being said, I have one, very strong recommendation for Real Estate Investment Clubs. It is the Real Estate Investor Association or REIA. They have affiliates nationwide.
They have a real estate investment library like no other. If you are looking for the latest real estate investment course or real estate investing books, they will either have it or know where to find it. The information they have is staggering. If the nearest Real Estate Investor Association is out of your state, join anyway. They will be happy to mail any info you need. In fact, many are set-up to support remote membership. Regardless, join this club or a similar organization. The benefits are enormous. You will enjoy the ability to communicate with like-minded individuals, creating wealth through real estate investing. However, as a bit of a warning. There will be many individuals with different philosophies and approaches to wealth building, through investment property accumulation. Some will be so focused on their method, they will not be receptive to any others....even disparaging other approaches....sometimes in an attempt to promote the sale of real estate investing information. I doubt this will happen in regards to Time Value Real Estate Investing. It is well known but quietly kept by many professional real estate investors. However, be as strong as anyone in your convictions about TVREI and never let anyone deter you. Those who get knocked off the TVREI path, lose a lot of time and money, before realizing they should have stuck with TVREI from the beginning. But do not let this keep you from joining Real Estate Investment Clubs. You will be very glad you did.
